Even though we have all stock on hand we do have a couple of processes that your order goes through before being packed. Allow for at Least 48 working hours of processing. If your order is placed after 3pm it is counted as the next day's order.

If you made a payment before 3 pm please start counting 48 working hours from the time you order before expecting shipping details. After your order is shipped you will receive tracking details sent via email.

All bulk orders are to be made directly instore at shop number M20 Dragon city. We offer great wholesale prices.

1. Has it been more that 48 working hours (midweek days only) since you ordered?

2. Have you checked your email for tracking details?

3. Did you place your order before 3pm on the day you made the purchase?
